''We have been most impressed by the service provided by JEN Care Solutions. A couple of very capable carers were provided at short notice and have been working in rotation for more than a year ever since.

From our experience, three areas set JEN Care Solutions apart from the other care providers we have used:
1. The quality of the carers

Taking each of these in turn: From the start, we have noted the work ethic, care and general quality of the carers who have been provided. One is a qualified nurse, the other is a very fast learner, who takes things in first time round. Both are extremely conscientious in their duties.
When there have been issues (as there inevitably will be, from time to time), these have always been dealt with on the spot by managers whom we have got to know and trust through their consistently close support and frequent visits. It is always a joy to meet the managers and our relationship is one that has, at its heart, a genuine friendship.
Finally, the costs. Given the standard of service and care given, it was a pleasant surprise to discover that the JEN Care Solutions prices are extremely competitive...
